This is a tutorial quest, to teach how quests work, so it is very simple and easy to complete. The training room is located under the library of the town. Here's the map:
After you went down go north and first go trough the first door. You don't need a key for this door.
Now if you continue you will notice a lever under blackboard. Use the ladder to continue. You will now face a rat.
The blue circle shows where the switch is.
After killing the rat which isn't a hard challange you should continue north. Open the door and take the reward in the chest.
