Quest guide
To start the quest get to Eleonore in Liberty Bay. You can find her in the Guvenour building in Liberty Bay. Here's the location of it:
Go up by the stairs and follow this map:
You will find Elenore on floor +2. Talk with her like this:

After you went up you will see a Levitate spot, just levitate or put parcels there. Now follow this map:

Go up, there will be a Tarantula here. Kill it and go to the east, use your rake on the tree where the parrot is sitting.
