Quest guide (spoiler)
1. Entering HellgateGo to Ab'dendriel and go down 3 floors at the stairs at the place I'm standing (where the white + is).  You'll now come on this floor:  Go to the green cirlce to enter Hellgate. To enter Hellgate you'll need Key 3012. You can buy this key for 5000gp from NPC Elathriel that lives right of the door to Hellgate (go 1 floor up at the blue circle). If you have the key, then open the locked doors in front of the teleporter located in the green cirlce and walk trought the teleporter in the north of the room and you'll end up in Hellgate. 2. Walking trought HellgateWhen you end up at Hellgate, then go up the ladder and go to the west. Walk to the green circle. On your way you'll meet a few Skeletons.  After that go one floor down and follow the only way that you have there. There are again some Skeletons on your pad. After that go down again and you'll end up at the white + here. Walk to the green +. Skeletons and Spiders will make life dificult for you here.  At the green +, rope yourself up and you'll come in a room with Rotworms and 1 Carrion Worm. You'll end at the white + and you have to walk to the blue +. Go down at the blue +.  After that you went down follow the only pad and rope up again. You'll now come were the pink + is on the map above and you have to walk to the green +. Prepare to face Rotworms and Ghouls at first and at the end a Carrion Worm. Now go down and walk until you see the first hole to go down. On your way you'll meet some Ghouls. Go down the hole and prepare to meet some Ghouls and Skeletons. Now you need to use this dangerous way, you have to kill Skeletons, Ghouls and Beholders, there is also a risk for lured Elder Beholders, Demon Skeletons or even Evil Eye:  Now follow this map, no creatures here:  After you went up follow this map (1 Ghoul here):  Now after you dowm follow this map (Skeletons, Ghouls and Demon Skeletons here):  The demon skeleton guarding the entrance here can only be killed by distance you so you can't stand next to it and kill it. And it also can't attack you.  After killing the demon skeleton go upstairs. There will be 2 Ghouls and 1 Demon Skeleton here. Now follow this map (Skeletons, Rotworms and Slimes on this path):  After that go up again (Ghouls here), go up once again, there will be some Rotworms here, now go up again. Follow this map (Rotworms and Carrion Worms here):  After you went up you will meet Rotworms. Now go up again and follow this map (Rotworms here):  3. Draconia CastleNow that you arrived at Draconia you'll have to collect several keys to open doors so you can proceed. Note that the keys spawn a few times a day and that they can be taken already. In that case you can hope they left the doors open, or log outside and wait for a map reset which happens about 4 times a day. To collect the keys, follow the guide below. Follow the map (no creatures).  Go down and then up again. There will be Skeletons and Scorpiobs on this floor. You will need to get the first key. Get to this place in the pyramid:  There will be some slain skeletons here. Take Key 3001 from one of the slain skeleton bodies.  Now walk like this from here and open the door with Key 3002:  The carpet you will be passing will dmg you with fire and energy on each field (20 with fire and 30 with energy), there are also 2 hidden holes with 10 Scorpions here.  Open this coffin to get Key 3002.  Now follow this map and open the door with Key 3002:  Now you will need to pull the lever here:  Now follow this map you will reach the 2nd lever that before was blocked by a wall:  Pull the lever here (it's not pulled on the screenshot):  Now get back to the place with the first lever. The stone will now be gone. Take Key 3003.  Now follow this map to reach the next floor (open the door with Key 3003):  At floor +1 you will meet Skeletons and Ghouls. Follow this map to reach Key 3004 (there will be lots of energy fields here):  Use destroy field to be able get the key.  Now follow this map to reach Key 3005 and use Key 3004 to open the door:  Now here's the location of Key 3005 (not 100% sure):  Now follow this map to reach Key 3006 and open the door with Key 3005 (you will have to go through some fire fields and energy fields):  Use destroy field and take Key 3006.  Now follow this map to reach floor +2, open the door near the stairs with Key 3006:  Now on this floor there will be Ghouls and 2 Demon Skeletons. To get Key 3007 that you need later you will need at least to be at least 2 players. First let someone stay on the first switchplate, here's the map leading to it:  Now you or someone else should stand on the switchplate.  Now the second player will need to get here to stand on the switch (the wall will be opened here):  Now let the player wait here while you can walk away.  Now the first player should get to the portal on this map:  The wall is removed when the 2nd player is standing on the swithplate.  Go through the portal. You will end up near Key 3007.  Now go back and get back to the first switchplate to release the player at the 2nd switchplate. Now get to the stairs here:  After you went up follow this map (7 Mummies and 4 Demon Skeletons on this path, use Key 3007 to open the door):  After that follow this map (8 Mummies and 2 Slimes on this floor):  Now go up again. There will be 3 Demon Skeletons and 3 Mummies. Go behind the lvl 25+ door to take the loot from the 2 chests.  Take the last key (Key 3008) from the bookcase most to the left.  Now open the door with Key 3008 and pull the switches like this:  Just go through the portal to reach Ab'Dendriel. Enjoy your loot! |
