The Barbarian Outfit is one of the basic Premium Account player outfits.
Addon 1: Barbarian Wig
To save time you should collect the items needed before starting this quest, you will need to trade 100 Giant Spider Silks for 10 Spider Silk Yarns at Mariana. Get to Bron on this location north of Carlin and west of Northport, here:
Talk with him like this:

He's very angry so return to him after 1 hour and talk with him:

Now you will need to trade 2 Royal Helmets for Fighting Spirit in the Green or Blue Djinn Tower if you haven't done it.
