The Halloween Hare

At the time of Halloween the gods send The Haloween Hare to entertain. The Halloween Hare's mission is to make a good Haloween for everyone. He will change the outfit of anyone passing to the look of an undead. The Halloween Hare doesn't like to be trapped but if it gets trapped, it will still give people a Happy Halloween.
